Came with NO safety seal so I disinfected it and tested it on my arm. It doesn’t even work and know that you will have to wait a long time to get your money back even if you return it immediately like I did. Never again !

I didn’t like this highlight stick at all. It goes on crumbly and doesn’t rub in smoothly, so it’s very noticeable. Cannot recommend..
