Directions
1. Twist up the eyeliner. 2. Apply the product to the inner corner of the eyes. 3. Optionally, apply along the brow bone, on the waterline, down the bridge of the nose, and across the Cupid’s bow. 4. Use the built-in smudger to soften and blend as desired.

I loved the way this looked but it seems that the only usable part of the pencil is that tip. If I’m wrong I hope somebody can point out what I’m doing wrong but I don’t see how you could use more than what was at the tip of it
