Get the look: To define: Outline lips following their natural contour. To extend wear: Fill in lips entirely before applying lipcolor. Sharpens easily: Pull out sharpener from end of pencil. Twist pencil to expose fresh color. Insert in sharpener and turn gently.

I really like this lip liner. The color and texture are good, but what I really love about it is that you can swivel it up and down, and it doesn’t need sharpening! I used to buy much more expensive liners just to get this feature. The ones I used to get aren’t available anymore, and I didn’t want a liner that required sharpening or that would break off. This liner goes on really smooth and stays on quite nicely. I plan to buy more of the same kind – in different colors as well. Was so happy to find it!
Color is nice but it wears off fast
I love using this lipliner to fill in my lip because it make the lipstick I cover it with last all day. And it makes my red shades look deeper. I love and keep ordering 2 at a time. Price is great too!!!
My favorite lip liner it stays on better than any others. I have tried and it glides on easy.
UPDATE: Still my favorite lip liner. I should have been suspicious when I saw it priced at $1.99. I ordered 3. All 3 were in individual boxes and actually 2 are perfect. Smooth, beautiful color that lasts forever (I full in my whole lip and sometimes skip lipstick completely) However box #3 had the package but nothing in it. Seriously, how can this not be noticed? Thankfully Amazon has great customer service but I’ve had many problems ordering these over the years. I wear 3 or 4 different colors and have had many order problems. Check you orders carefully. I’m not sure if it’s multiple sellers or what the problem is. And be sure to open them all and make sure they aren’t missing the color completely (I received tubes with no lip liner) and that they aren’t old and dried out. Still got a great deal on 3 pink so I changed my 1 star to 3. The product itself, when not old or broken is 10 stars for me. The price is back up now. This is the only lip liner I wear because it literally stays on all day but I’m tired of the problems. Zero quality control.I have ordered this many times in Amazon and this last time received old product. The one in my photo on the right is the new design. The left is what I received today. You should receive what is in the photo. The new design has been around awhile and it’s all one color. If you receive pencil with black on it, it’s old. Ticked off. This is my favorite lip liner that I use daily. Soft and I do my entire lips with it. It lasts all day. But don’t scam me with product that is old and hard. This new design is soft and glides on. This time I got the old, hard pencil. Back to the drugstore. I don’t even think this one is real Revlon
This is my 2nd time purchasing this lip liner it’s the perfect mauve and it glides on smoothly I just wish it lasted a little longer but it’s not advertised as such so I give it 5 stars
