NYX is a great brand and I usually like everything I buy from them. I was looking for a very light neutral shade of cream eyeshadow that was subtle but pretty. Most neutral shades are way too dark. I’m fair skinned, over 50, and wanted a lightly shimmering color that was flattering but very subtle. I got the shade, Frosting, and it’s a champagne color. I ordered it last night at 10 pm and it arrived this morning at 8:30 am! It was well packed and sealed. It was a little hard at first and didn’t go on easily but I rubbed the tip with my finger and it softened up after that and was easy to apply. It’s an extremely subtle shade, barely discernable, but it has a very pretty sheen that looked great for church. It was very natural but pretty. I’ll definitely try a few more shades like Yogurt and Iced Latte. They’re not overly pigmented, which I like, but they wear well and are long lasting. Very creamy with a shimmer instead of a sparkle and not overly metallic. Very nice.
UPDATE 10/7: I got the Frappe, having previously purchased a medium gold color, and it is also legit! It even worked great to fill in some gaps in my brows (using a very light touch). I wish they made these in about 100 more colors!I love how little precision this chunky pencil requires. I use it as a shadow as well as a liner and it looks so good I’m going to buy more colors. Can’t beat it for the money, either.
I wish amazon had half stars because I’d give it a 4.5 if I could. My only complaint is that I wish it was more precise. I’m sure it’s partially on me because it’s not like the eyeliner I usually use, but it can be a bit difficult to apply without getting the eyeliner on my lashes, and since it’s so durable, it can take a hot second to fix. If anyone has a suggestion to prevent that from happening, that’d be great.
I use this pencil on the very inner corner of my eyes when I wear glasses to help brighten the darkness and I also use it on cupids bow when I want a matte bit of brightness for my lip.It can be used for other applications like brow bone but I don’t need as much help there and instead choose a light powder for that spot.The formula blends well with a finger but doesn’t blend as well with a brush. it is pretty thick so when I bring a brush in – it wipes the product away. The warmth of my finger tip helps to blend when I want a softer line.That’s all I use it for so one pencil lasts me a VERY LONG TIME.It lasts so long in fact, that the product will break down before I finish the pencil. When the product starts to go on a little flaky or chunky: it’s time to replace it.I think thats my only complaint. I’d like it more if it were a thinner or smaller pencil because I end up throwing most of it out after 7-8 months. But apart from that it is a very good product and I recommend it.

I have 4 different colors and this is my favorite for everyday use at the office. Besides being so easy to apply, it is so flattering on too. I have other eye pencils, but none are as nice as my NYX pencils, even the spendy ones!!!
The color is the perfect white. It does cluster in my eye creases tho. Not a good primer but it stay on the corners pretty well and adds a great pop to ur eyes
I like how easily it goes on the eyelid. I bought a lighter color, so not bright, but lasts for the day. Have to have the large sharpener in order to sharpen. I thought it was going to be a twisting one, but definitely need a sharpener.
