Step 1. Line along the upper lash line. Step 2. Line along the bottom lash line. Step 3. Eyeliner is easily removed with Maybelline Expert Eyes® 100% Oil-Free Eye Makeup Remover.
It is super pigmented, and lasts a pretty good amount of time. It’ll last on your skin for a good while, but on the waterline, it may need a reapplication every so often. Super easy to apply as well, the size is perfect and you get a lot out of it due to it being very pigmented. This is my go to white liner and I’ve always loved it. I wear eye makeup a lot for a long period of time so this works really well and actually stays on my skin. Very smudge proof and doesn’t run or transfer 🙂 Also if you ever want, you can apply it to a brush first, and then apply the brush to your skin, it’s a good way to use it and creates a softer more blended effect if that’s what youre going for!
Favorite eyeliner. This is the first one that I have found that I can apply to my top lid and not have to touch up one time throughout the day. The bottom lid does have to get touched up once throughout the day (waterline). I have had very little issue with it smudging. It does need to be sharpened frequently and therefore I go through it quickly. One problem that I have run into is that the tip breaks off in the sharpener and gets caught in there eventually clogging up and making it unusable. I typically just purchase a cheap (around $1) sharpener and throw them away every so often.I added this product to my subscribe and save, which earns me a small discount and automatically gets shipped to me monthly. This works great for me because sometimes I don’t think about ordering more until I am out. If I did run out, my local stores always seem to be sold out. So, with switching it to subscribe and save, I never run out!
It’s hard to find an eyeliner that doesn’t smudge. This eyeliner doesn’t smudge and it lasts a long time. If you want a dark eyeliner this is the one to get. It’s nice and smooth. It comes off easy with makeup remover. Too bad it didn’t come with a sharpener. Price is good. Shipped fast!
I got this in white for my lower water line. It went on super easy, It didn’t come off through the evening nor did any sort of water or tears budge it. My eye started watering when I got a small hair in it & the liner held beautifully. I’m impressed & will get more colors.
I don’t like retractable liner. This is a great pencil. Color is vibrant and nice
The only thing I don’t like about this product is that it’s difficult to sharpen w/out wasting the product due to breakage of the core. If it wasn’t for that it would be perfect.
So happy with this! I like to line my waterline sometimes. But, I don’t like dealing with gel eyeliner in a little glass jar and a small brush. The little brushes dry out fast, the gel residue hardens on the brush, and that makes it impossible to comfortably apply the gel. Basically, the brush requires its own rather constant maintenance.This actually puts gel eyeliner in a convenient pencil form. It goes on very smoothly and seamlessly, and it sticks to the waterline so nicely. Sure, it can fade some during the day but it is MILES better than any other pencil-style gel eyeliner I’ve tried.
I love this long wear eyeliner because it has amazing staying power. It does not chip or flake off in eyes and is great for people with contacts. It’s bold and dark and is a great value for your money.
Long lasting wear, dramatic smoky eye
This waterline pencil works really well. It’s smudgeable when applied, but stays in place after “drying”. Looks gorgeous on the top eyelid waterline. Paired with a skinny liner on top of the lid, you get abeautiful and smoky eye effect. On its own gives a nice daytime, natural look.
