Directions
Begin by shaking the eyeshadow primer to ensure it is evenly combined. Using your finger or a brush, dab the primer onto your eyelids or extend it up to your brow bone for complete coverage. After applying the primer, you can proceed to apply your eyeshadow. Use micellar water, a light face cleanser, or soft makeup-removing wipes to remove.
I bought this in the second to darkest color and it works well! It matches my eyelids perfectly so that you can’t tell that I have on primer at all. I also use Juvia’s Place eyeshadows and because of brand synergy, it works seamlessly. My eyeshadow does not budge and it’s lightweight and creamy in application. It does take a minute to dry the more you apply, so invest in a handheld fan if you’re heavy handed.Edited to add: I just used it as an under-eye concealer and it works flawlessly. About 12 hours after I first put it on, it has held in place with no creasing or settling into my face lines. It still looks as good as when I first put it on. And because I matched it to my eyes first, it works perfectly as a match to my actual face and it’s a primer to start with so no need for anything else. Get this now if you want a GOAT primer and concealer all in one.

I am so upset my primer arrived and it was defective. … it was filled with water.. I have had some of juvias products and they are amazing but this product I just received there was no primer. … I WAS so excited to use this. .. I refuse to send this product back because why would I send a product you used on someone’s face back as a return?!? This is not restock able inventory. I am willing to show videos of the water that shoots of it if asked. If I could get a new product or refund sent that would be great as I am willing to give the product a second chance.
This product comes in three shades. I chose shade 1 which is milky white. There are 3 different shades to choose from. My favorite things about this product is that it is long wearing, smooth, and has full coverage. To be honest, I have some veins that appear on my eyelids. This product requires a very small amount to smooth over your eyelids. After drying, I apply my eyeshadow. The eyeshadow applies smoothly and it lasts! There’s no need to reapply! The best part about this product is the price!
This primer is great. To those mentioning watery product etc., you simply need to give this a good shake before use. The product is liquidy and a little goes a LONG way. A tiny dot covers the lid.
Alit of water came out of the prouduct was so mad I didn’t even take a pic of it. Squeeze it until the water stop it was so flat and I only use it once was wondering if it’s an expired product
Used on the back of my hand so far.Note to Juvia’s : It can’t be that expensive to add a few more sentences onto the box and the tube that instruct people to shake vigorously prior to using the product each time. Plenty of beauty/skin/hair products require shaking before use. Your reviews will improve if you do this!!So I first opened and got some clear liquid but then I replaced the cap and shook it. Everything was fine after that.To everyone who is wondering about this formula I believe it’s meant to be a product similar to the P.Louise eye base that is sold from the UK which I was dying to try but unwilling to pay their ridiculous shipping price. It’s meant to be applied sparingly (thin layer!) to the eyelid by gently PATTING into place with a finger and then letting it dry thoroughly before adding color shadows. It sounds complicated but it is not, it’s super easy and the pigment payoff for your shadows is much better. There is one reviewer here who claimed they squeezed all the clear liquid out of the tube before starting to use the product—and then was disappointed because it was super dry on the skin with each use. Please do not follow this example —of course it was dry after that. All you have to do is shake before each use and there’s no issues.I’m thrilled that this option exists as an alternative to the UK brand and Juvia’s place gets great reviews on social media for their pigment quality, color ranges, inclusivity, etc. so I’m happy to add this to my repertoire. (Just hoping they’ll update the product instructions for fewer complaints regarding how to use it) I’ll provide an update if I don’t like how it works with the rest of my makeup but I can tell by swatching it on my skin that it is indeed what I was looking for.
Buyer beware. Despite doing a patch test on my hand, upon putting this product on my eyes, I immediately started getting a burning sensation. It was like an extreme case of bad allergies. My eyes became very red and hurt for hours after despite taking the primer off. Even though I shook the product well, this product was horrible.
It’s worth the money and not waste of product please do buy It’s worth it
Use this product sparingly. Too much takes too long or never dries. The coverage is dense so if you want to even out your skin tone this would work. It was a bit too much for me for a primer.
