About Us
Necessity and inspiration spawned the creation of Juvia’s Place. Founder Chichi Eburu struggled to find makeup suited for her deep skin tone. What was available were muted colors, and products that didn’t enhance the true richness of her skin tone. She searched for years to find cosmetics that would enhance the dark hues of her skin tone without making her look lighter or grayer, makeup that offered colors that weren’t muted against her rich skin color.

The best matte lipstick
If you’re looking a matte lipstick this right here is the one. Definitely purchasing more colors. I didn’t need to touch up often. It’s creamy and not drying. I pair this (Muted) with MakeUp Forever Dimensional Dark Brown lip liner and it’s perfect and lasts all day.

Great Formula, but Shade Didn’t Work for Me
I really loved the pigment and the creamy matte formula—it went on smoothly and felt comfortable on my lips without being drying. The only downside was the color; it leaned more burnt orange than nude on me, which just wasn’t flattering with my skin tone. I’d definitely try this brand again, but in a different shade.

Oh So “Fierce”
This is just the color I was needing. I purchased the shade Fierce, and it’s a great berry red for us True Winters. It brightens my teeth (I did use a brown lip liner in the photo for definition).I love Juvia’s Place as a line. The pigment of their products never disappoints. This lipstick is a comfortable matte, it glides on without tugging (though I do make it a habit to prep my lips with balm).

This is a wonderful product. The pigment is outstanding. This lipstick is long lasting and doesnt smudge (though i do use a lip liner as i have very thin lips) I am not one to wear lipstick but now that I have found this product, I will be proud to wear it. Thx Glam Design !
