About Us
Necessity and inspiration spawned the creation of Juvia’s Place. Founder Chichi Eburu struggled to find makeup suited for her deep skin tone. What was available were muted colors, and products that didn’t enhance the true richness of her skin tone. She searched for years to find cosmetics that would enhance the dark hues of her skin tone without making her look lighter or grayer, makeup that offered colors that weren’t muted against her rich skin color.

The product dries down matte quickly after being applied. But the color goes dull after it dries. I was hoping for a more natural vibrant color. The product is good, and easy to apply.

The description/ pictures are inaccurate
I’m very confused how a purple almost chameleon color turned out to be a glittery rose gold. Very disappointed, the quality is great but the descriptions and pictures are anything but accurate. I should have sprung for the Stella, lesson learned.
