Product came dried out and seems to have shrunk the product. Product is defective and I can’t use it. I have tried to process a refund/return and even provided pictures and was denied a refund. 0/10 on product and stars.

Buy With Caution
I bought this product as an avid NYC user, their products almost always satisfy. However, when receiving my package with great anticipation, after opening the FULLY sealed pot, I found a completely dried out putty puck. Attempted to bring some moisture back in with Makeup Renewal liquid and failed horribly…I would assume as a person living in Texas that it was exposed to too much heat and dried out in its packaging…I’d say I’m disappointed but honestly it didn’t surprise me…I’d recommend NOT buying online, instead I’d recommend getting it in person.😅

Como esperaba
He esperado a hacer la reseña un mes, ya que muchos comentarios indicaban que con el tiempo se secaban y no hacía su función.He de decir que en mi caso no se ha secado, es cremoso pero es que este tipo de productos son así. Después de usar cualquier producto en crema hay que sellarlo con polvo para que no transfiera (también lo leí en otro comentario). Yo simplemente me aplico un poco de polvo bronceador por el párpado y aguanta todo el día sin transferir.Es waterproof, pero no te lo toques ni rasques cuando está la zona mojada porque quedarás como un mapache. Si te mojas y no te tocas la zona, no hay problema.El color es negro súper intenso. La textura es buena.A mi me ha gustado. Cuesta un poco de desmaquillar porque es muy fijo, pero no es algo que me preocupe porque siempre hago la doble limpieza.Si estás acostumbrada a este tipo de textura te gustará, y sino es cuestión de práctica / gustos.
