UPDATE: I did try it for my (basically non-existent) eyebrows and it works great. If brown is your eyebrow color it’s worth giving it a try! I used a VERY fine precision angled brush and created individual strands AFTER I used a different eyebrow pencil to get a base color down. Stays all day.I ordered the black and tried it today as eyeliner and it looked great and stayed all day just like the brown did.ORIGINAL REVIEW: AMAZING! Eyeliner always smudges for me no matter what kind I get. I do like a smoky look but the ones that have a blender on the other side of a pencil smear after a couple of hours even when I set them with powder and/or setting spray. So do the gels that come in pots. This works as an eyeliner for me! I can smudge it out before it dries for a smoky look and it lasts alllllll day without budging. Comes off with an oil based cleanser or balm. Non irritating. Non drying. I got it in the dark brown but am going to now order black and see what other colors they have also. It also works as an amazing base for powder eyeshadow and glitters. So nice. It’s VERY pigmented. Easy to use for me but I’ve been doing my makeup for many years. If you’re a beginner just use the smallest amount and build up. I use a pretty small fluffy brush for some precision but you can use a liner brush if you want it more bold and not smoky as an eyeliner. Use micellar water to clean it up, if needed, as you go. Work semi-quickly to blend and keep in mind this is very opaque. This can be used for super bold looks as well as softer looks depending on the color, how much you use and how you blend it. I’m going to try this with a super precision liner brush for my eyebrows next! I’m telling you this is budge proof!

I had a real love hate relationship with the idea of this product because of the price. I didn’t want to love it you know ? Then what ? I’d want all the colors!?Well, I ordered scream of consciousness for my birthday during the prime sale. I just used it for the first time today and am so impressed.I have tried to find a red eyeshadow for awhile that had great pigment and wore well and believe I have finally found just that.I used the applicator wand to apply some of the pigment to a steel palette and using a MAC 217 blending brush I was able to buff the color from lid to below my eyebrow effortlessly. One swipe of color allowed for two even applications on both eyes for me.Then using a MAC 219 pencil brush I lined my lower lids with the same color. It’s stayed on for roughly 7 hours without a single transfer, crease, any shift in placement and no change in color intensity. I believe it has, the range.I have since ordered four more colors from the website as they were having a sale which I believe they often do. I’m hoping that by ordering primary’s I’ll be able to mix custom colors on my palette.Curious about how buildable the formula is and may update when I experiment more. I did push some of the pigment into my lips after lining just to see how it did, I haven’t seen much about the product being multi use so I’ll need to look into it more.As a makeup artist though my first impression is it’s fantastic, it stays and it’s easy to manipulate with the right tools. I see many benefits from this product ! It also washed right out of my white bristle makeup brushes !Update: In about a week and a half I now have six colors, mostly primary’s and white. I have mixed up orange, pink and a wine shade. Love them highly recommend!

I’ve used this a couple of times (like Halloween) and I really like it! It’s thick and not sheer at all and you can build it up/ go over dry shadow without the under part messing up.I put it on the back of my hand and just dip into it with a brush. It does dry down kinda quick but a little goes a long way so you’re not wasting much at all so the price is reasonable. Since it does dry down, if you use a brush to apply make sure you wash/clean your brush cause it did make my brush hard from product, I but it was easy to clean off when it did dry. It’s also very blend-able when still “tacky”. You can have fun with like a black Smokey eye and so much more. The black is a true black like eyeliner and last longer than eyeliner in my opinion. (Use some micellar water and it comes off like a dream)

Great stuff but quite thick so I purchased a very thin brush for application. Lots of compliments, fun color. I never w have 3 different colors and will buy more!

Love the color and payoff of this. It can be worn alone and blends well. However, I prefer to apply it and then set it with a yellow eyeshadow for longevity. The coverage is good, relatively opaque.

Love it. Dry so fast and easy to blend. Long lasting as well

It takes longer than expected to dry down, so if you’re using it on the lids, you’ll need to keep your eyes closed a long time (or use a fan). It creases if you don’t let it completely dry. This is probably opaque on light skintones, but on darker skin, I had to do two coats to not look patchy. So pigment/color leaves me wanting.Once it’s dry, it doesn’t budget.I think I will be giving mine away since it takes too much effort to look opaque.

ALWAYS love aboutface and their matte fluid eye paint! Vivid colors. It does stay on and lasts all day without spray. Easy to come off with micellar water and a face pad.
