I have very straight eyelashes that wont hold a curl. Im 62 so ive tried a lot of mascaras. Tried all the high end ones that s aza y they curl but not on my lashrs! This is the very first mascara that will lift, curl and stay curled. I will never have to try another mascara ever!
I never used primer before until now/ my coworkers eyelashes were always gorgeous and long and I was so jealous. She told me she uses this and I bought it right away. So glad I purchased! Helps a lot with longer luscious looking lashes
I have been using a drug store primer for years and thought I would try a better brand- I use too faced mascara and other products so I gave this one a try. It goes on like a mascara. if you were not wanting a very dramatic look you could probably just use this in place of mascara. It goes on pretty easily and does not clump. I have found that I need to put my mascara on immediately after applying this primer or else it is harder to apply my mascara. It definitely does help my mascara stay on longer. The downside to that of course, is that it makes it harder to remove my mascara at the end of the day, but you can’t have it both ways. Overall, I am happy with this product and would buy it again .
All mascaras give me raccoon eyes…until I discovered mascara primer. White primers worked great to keep my mascara on, but it added an extra step in the morning, and sometimes I would miss spots and you could see the white. Then I started hunting for a black primer that might even take the place of my mascara. I tried Maybelline sky high and liked it but I still had some transfer from that if I didn’t put mascara over it. Enter this black primer! it gives me great lashes as if I’m wearing regular mascara. It is a bit gloopy coming out of the tube but the final effect is so nice I will continue buying. My photo is of one coat in the morning and this is 6 PM that night.
Dry, doesnt work as well as claimed
Love it makes my lashes longer. Sort of difficult to get off but worth itm the pictures are after a full day of makeup so better once first applied but still looks pretty good
This primer didn’t work as advertised and was very clumpy.
Great value
The mascara gives nice volume but it’s so clumpy no matter how thin I apply it. The brush doesn’t separate the lashes enough. It is very waterproof which is great but seems harder to remove than other waterproof mascara
I’ve been using this primer under my regular mascara and I really like it so far. It has a more waxy/oily consistency and has had a conditioning effect on my lashes that I didn’t expect. It does a good job of separating my lashes to avoid clumps before I put on my mascara which is great. It makes my lashes look long and full. I have noticed that my mascara isn’t lasting as long as it usually does when I use the primer but that could most likely be fixed with a setting spray.
